Time for Spring Cleaning!

Spring is in the air! Time to freshen things up and bring back the lightness of the season.
Start in your closet:
- Identity items you didn't wear this winter and think about donating them. No use having them sit another year and get lost in the stack when you know you'll end up buying other items during the year!
- And the winter clothes you did use, time to put them away and take out your spring wardrobe.
- Now if you were like me and happened to put on some winter weight, that might motivate you to get back on your exercise routine, but if any of those spring items don't look cute on you no matter what, donate them.
In your bedroom:
- Flip the mattresses.
- Dust your blinds / change the draperies.
In the bathroom:
- Wash your shower curtain liner or get replace it with a new one.
- Clean the air filter and light fixtures.
- Go through your medicine cabinet and inspect for expired items, including your beauty products.

In the garage:
- Check for old paint, unused widgets, or any hazardous materials and get rid of them appropriately.
Outside the house:
- Hose down your awnings, windows, screens, patios, driveway and walkway.
Most importantly, get rid of unhealthy consumption and begin this spring with creating a supportive environment that promotes well-being. Surround yourself with things that inspire peace and renewed vitality.
