Maximizing Your Environment to Support You

Maximizing your environment actually means reassessing what's around you and keeping areas of your life clutter free. Are there areas of your life that are not working for you?
  • Your office?
  • Your computer files?
  • Your car?
  • Your address book?
  • Your living space?
  • Your mind?
If you want to move forward, you have to be able to see your way clearly. Both the internal and external clutter must be cleared. You have to create the right environment to be able to grow.

Here's an exercise: Choose a couple of areas in your life right now to de-clutter and commit to achieving that goal.
  • The areas of my life that I need to de-clutter are.....
Example: 1) I'm cleaning up my computer files by the end of the week.
2) I'm clearing my backpack / bag by the end of the day!
  • Areas of my life that are holding me back from creating a supportive environment are.....
Once you start the process of reassessing these areas and clearing out things that don't work, you will start to transform yourself, both personally and professionally, by affirming an environment that truly supports YOU.
